About

Welcome to the Global Summit on Nanotechnology for Sustainable Energy Security, the third in a series of N4SNano Meetings. Our aim is to promote the discovery and advancements of nanotechnology and its applications as key mechanisms for sustainability on energy security, aligned with UN SDG 7 on Affordable and Clean Energy.

The N4SNano was founded by several esteemed institutes, including The University of Sydney Nano Institute (Sydney Nano), Waterloo Institute for Nanotechnology (WIN) Canada, MESA+ Institute for Nanotechnology Netherlands and the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), United States. N4SNano collates diverse stakeholders to co-design and collaborate cutting-edge nanotechnology use for sustainable growth and development. To learn more about N4SNano and its activities, please visit our website.

The Global Summit will be held at the University of Sydney, Camperdown campus. The conference will feature plenary sessions with invited speakers and breakouts with submitted presentations on the first two days. The third day will focus on a panel discussion engaging policy makers, end-users, funding and government agencies to provide an Australian perspective on the role and impact of nanotechnology on energy security. Attendees will have opportunities to network during coffee and lunch breaks and a conference dinner, as well as participate in poster sessions. Please take a look at the detailed program here. (TBA)

We are excited to invite you to join us in Sydney in November for what promises to be an engaging and informative summit. More information on abstract submission and program details will be announced shortly. Thank you for visiting our website, and we look forward to seeing you at the Global Summit on Nanotechnology for Sustainable Energy Security.
